Item arrived packaged well and in good condition. The individual pieces were well made.
Instruction manual had clear instructions but steps provided does not ensure stability during construction. Some steps in the instructions manual should occur first to ensure that during construction, the parts do not fall apart with the slightest pressure. It took me multiple deconstruction to finally find the right steps on my own to finally be able to put the entire piece together properly. Many of the pieces are also held together by only ONE stud which means that you have to be extremely gentle or it would crumble if too much pressure was exerted. I also had to improvised some steps as it was near impossible to ensure the pieces stayed in place securely. The final construction was rather fragile although beautiful.
There was no box provided which was as described. Would have loved to have its own individual box but it was not a deal breaker.
